Chad is a biotech R&D leader with deep experience building and leading complex drug development programs and the organizations that execute them. His career spans the full development lifecycle - from early research through clinical development and commercialization - with expertise across program & portfolio management, corporate development, alliance management, and R&D operations.

Prior to founding Catalyst Bio Consulting, Chad held senior leaderships roles at iTeos Therapeutics, PlateletBio, Immatics, Merck, Shire, and GlaxoSmithKline. Across these organizations he led cross- functional development programs, built and scaled Program Management Offices, advised executive leadership on portfolio and investment decisions, and supported strategic licensing, M&A, and alliance initiatives.

Chad's approach draws on a combination of scientific understanding, business strategy, and disciplined program management - translating complex objectives into clear, executable plans that help biotech organizations move their most important programs forward.
